Indian Point Villa with free Pool heat 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 10 Sleeps

Welcome to Indian Point Villa

This is our home in Florida it is fully air-conditioned and is furnished in the Floridian style.  It has four bedrooms two bathrooms and games room ,with its own private heatable pool.

The lounge diner is fully furnished in the floridian style, it is comfortable and spacious, ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at the theme parks, there is cable TV for your enjoyment, a DVD and Hi-Fi for your entertainment, Wireless internet for you to browse the Internet, the dining area has a large glass table with six matching chairs addional seating in the kitchen nook for four guests, a high chair is also available.

Our kitchen is well equipped with all essential cutlery and crockery for ten guests, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, food blender, main and micro wave ovens, coffee maker and food disposal.  A telephone answering machine with free Internatonal calls.

In our master bedroom we have a Queen size bed with matching furniture, cable TV for your entertainment with telephone and alarm clock , a full size crib/cot is available in this room, doors from this room lead onto the patio area and into the lounge or family room, a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, the en-suite has a walk in shower a large corner bath tub and twin hand basins plus wc. and a  walk inwardrobe.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with matching furniture, cable TV for you to enjoy, alarm clock and ceiling fan, built in wardrobe, this room is served by the family bathroom and over looks the Pool area .

Our twin beded room has twin beds with matching furniture, cable TV, alarm clock and ceiling fan with built in wardrobe, this room is served by the family bathhroom and over looks to the side of our home.

The den or bunk room has a triple bunk bed, twin on top double on the bottom, cable TV, matching furniture, also available is a crib/cot and small childs bed.

Bathroom two has a bath with overhead shower wc and a hand basin.

The garage has been turned into a games room for your entertainment, with American Pool, Air-Hockey and Foosball tables.

To the rear aspect of our home is our own very large private heatable pool withchilds pool attached, a surface mounted Hot-Tub/Spa, tables , chairs , and Sun loungers
